Hi, I’m Jade a married mum of two boys (10 & 12 ). Both my boys are autistic (youngest is also ADHD) and I blog about supporting them here at The Autism Page. I am based in Keynsham (between Bristol & Bath) in the UK.
The purpose of this website is to provide helpful information and resources about autism. This ranges from information about therapies and paperwork to toy reviews. I feel strongly about the benefits of sharing information. My background is researching and sharing factual information, so I am putting those skills to use here.
My followers are parents of young autistic children and professionals working in special educational needs. In December 2018 I moved and re-branded my blog from About ASD to the Autism Page.
Over the past 10 years I have had the privilege to worked in parent support and training with the following organisations –Bristol Autism Support, Bristol Autism Team with Teen Life, Autism Central and Neurodiverse Training. This experience has enabled me to meet thousands of parents /carers and neurodivergent adults who have all shaped my learning and understanding of neurodivergence.
